OK, the final review before the summer break: Vibronics "China
Rock". I guess I missed the last Jah Tubbys releases. Shame on me. So at
least I found this one: another heavyweight Tubbys-style soundsystem killer
release.
It's two tunes from Vibronics, one ina typical Vibronics fashion with a lot of pushing forward mentality ("The
Frontier"), one ("China Rock") in a new extra heavyweight BOOM style, I possibly
wouldn't have realised that it is Vibronics if I wouldn't have known it. So you
can imagine that I love this tune. It's always so nice to be surprised by
something.
No need to say that the bass goes below the belt, just as it should be. Jah
Tubbys inna Fine Style so to say. Just imagine yourself in the University of Dub
and this this record is put on the turntable. What could ask for more?
There is no info on the outdated Jah Tubbys website, so instead I post you a
link to the Juno webshop where you can also listen to samples (if you need them
for this release): Juno.
